Nancy Stretch is still making a splash at 85!. Competing for the Olympic Club in San Francisco, Nancy crushed the 200m IM today in the 85–90 age group (5:24.33), adding to her wins in the 50m BR and 100m BK yesterday. πŸ†

91-year-old Yenny Van Dinter swam the 50m breast today, competing at USMS Nationals alongside her son, Alain. Even though she was DQ'd, she's still smiling. She dreams of swimming until she's 100 and lives by her motto: β€œKeep on going!”

Two-time Olympian Anton Ipsen SMASHED the USMS 1000 freestyle record by 8 seconds in a time of 9:17.76!🀯. Ipsen, 30, swam for Denmark at the 2016 and 2020 Olympics. He stopped swimming but after trying out some other sports, he started swimming again for the camaraderie and love

No, you aren’t seeing double! . Swim Long Beach tackled and completed the 20-mile Catalina Channel with not one but two relays. All of the team members trained for nine months and crossed on Sept. 8, 2024. The pair of relays started at 9:30 p.m. and landed around noon the next
