TTRPG Tip 40. When designing game rules, consider the intended relationship between players and their characters. Should rules dictate how players choose actions/decisions for characters? Are there penalties or enticements for considering the characters’ personalities/beliefs?

TTRPG Tip 38. Text formatting/layout is as important as word choice when conveying rules. Layout says, “This is important” or “This is an example of what I said earlier.” Even something as basic as a line break, new paragraph, or formatted text helps readers parse content.
