We’re working on “payout updated” precaution emails and displaying “last linked PayPal email” in VGen settings (although the latter one cannot be backfilled, but at least moving forward it will be more useful). I went up to Vgen team about this issue that also happened to me and basically said "Idk ask paypal" bro
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES ON VGEN Dear VGen colleagues and buyers, I'm here to warn you of something important so you can be careful. There's a type of theft that can happen to you if you use this platform. It happened to me, and I was robbed of a little over $95. #VGen ⬇️

UPDATE: Thanks to viewing the previous post, I managed to get a response from VGen! Apparently, they informed me that they had sent me a response on Saturday, but their message didn't arrive due to Discord message overload.

I'll continue to be on VGen as I mentioned in my previous thread, just with more security. To help VGen continually improve the platform, please never remain silent about issues or fraud that occur on your accounts, be sure to always notify support and report fraudulent accounts.

Please don't blame the platform entirely. They do what they can with the group of people they have, if anything, just pointing the finger at the fraudulent person. I was also responsible for not checking my notifications as usual and realizing the problem too late.

VGen helped me a lot by supporting me in increasing my client base, and I've always loved their review system. Of course, you should always be safe online, so please take precautions.

As I said at the beginning of the previous thread, I've been perfectly fine with VGen up until now, it's helped me a lot, and I think that despite what happened, I'm not saying that you shouldn't use the platform.

As I said, I no longer expect the money. If I don't get it back, that's fine, as long as I'm confident I can prevent these kinds of situations from happening again.

They will support me in contacting customers and resolving the issue, as if VGen detects unjustified refunds, it could affect them.

They told me that to prevent this from happening again, they would add a notification in the future to let you know when an account is linked or unlinked! I'm quite happy that this is happening, something quite positive on VGen's part.

Because of this, I wouldn't be able to tell if another account was logged in, because it would always redirect me to the PayPal session started on my computer.

I was informed that what happened in the video I showed happened because they don't redirect you directly to your account when you use the "manage" option, but rather they redirect you to the PayPal page, where, if you have an open account, they redirect you there.
