I thought teaching was hard. I stand corrected. I saw first hand how many use the ER as their PCP due to our absence of collective health care. These overworked/overstretched healthcare workers were AMAZING, maintaining a smile and composure during these insane circumstances.(3/3

It has to be one of the hardest jobs in medicine. I arrived at 2:30pm and was not released until 11:40pm due to the nature of my injury ( bursitis in the knee) I was not deemed a high priority which I totally get and agree with as there were WAY more needy patients (2/3)
