@Jarv114 It's because technically even with the same variables, there are big differences. The State is a Power Narcissist, it wants you to look at them as the problem solver for everything. We have police because Individuals have been convinced of that. A Burglar doesn't have that.

@Jarv114 In case you're reading it as Secession, it's not immediately that. Disassociation is when you forgo all voluntary state interaction, like Voting (typically) or policy advocacy. If Canada doesn't let you do that, it's beyond disassociation, insurrection is permissible.
