Finally finished the second large city building, an office tower with a small food court inside. I didn’t have many ideas for graffiti on this one so instead of forcing some random things I figured I can always add more later

And the explosive rounds shred her as well. Though she couldn’t lock down the POI even if she had survived due to a reservist being just within 4”, her and the handler’s death combined with the raid team holding the north POI means an early 3-1 UN victory at the end of turn 2.

It’s then the assault handler spots the surviving control team member just outside the targeting smoke. Instinct kicks in and he loads another magazine and braces against a barrier. Seeing the dead handler fall from the roof the target grabs an emergency shield to try and survive

The assault handler spots his chance, loads explosive rounds into his rifle, and opens up on the siege handler. Normal bullets of this caliber would be shrugged off, but their explosive payload shatters his armour and he falls limp.

The Ubiytsas surge forward and open fire with an airburst rifle and thermite launcher, managing to take out both pointmen at once. If the UN can’t recover immediately their attempt to retake the dockyard will collapse

The reservists move on the offensive but a combination of poor aim and the famed Manticor blast resistance result in no kills

The raid team exchanges fire with the enemy handler as the surviving control team member throws targeting smoke on the southern POI preventing the UN from capturing it

First blood is drawn when the Pointman gunner notices movement around the corner and the control team leader goes down in a hail of machine gun fire.

The first turn passes with both forces advancing (relatively) cautiously. A raid team member spots the siege handler clambering onto a rooftop, but at these ranges he can’t be certain he’d hit so he opts to keep his head down.

Attacking force: UN 3rd Battalion . The core reservists of the UN peacekeepers bring their Pointman inorganics to retake the yard, and as the sector is too tight for even light interdiction suites the Raid Team is brought in to reinforce, backed up by an Assault Handler

Defending force: Manticor Borz Group. The genetically enhanced Ubiytsa shock troops were the spearhead that took this dockyard in the first place, and a Cyka Bravo team and Siege Handler have arrived to back them up

The first of potentially multiple forays into Konflikt ‘47, an M8 Grizzly used by the Polish on the western front. Started with this one so that if I end up expanding the force I can choose to build them as either Brits or Americans.

The only casualty of turn 4 is a VAT gunner as the Harlow survivors get the order to fall back. With the Banak team leader securing the second POI they can’t even try to tie the game
