Free physicals will be offered for Kalamazoo athletes on Thursday, August 7 from noon to 4 PM at Kalamazoo Central. high school. All football players MUST have a physical for practice on August 11.

We will have football camp today. If it is raining, we will meet in the gymnasium at 5 o’clock.

There will be no 6 PM evening weight room on July 9 in July 16. On those two Wednesdays the weight room times will be 10 AM and 3 PM.

As of now, the weight room will be open tonight 6-7:30pm. Only attend if you have a ride, and the weather conditions are OK. If the weather is severe, you do NOT need to attend.
