No Flow in the whole hospital = very bad. Those people on the trolleys have worse outcomes the longer they spend there. We need to make flow central to all that we do (because it is). Central to patient safety, central to our elective programs, central to staff well being. #nhs

@Marktheliverdoc Information ‘flow’ also supports Patient Flow. If we get the right info to the right clinicians they can make better and quick decisions to support their patients leaving, when planned. Especially when the MDT aren't all stood next to each other every shift.
