Who else remembers Harper Stern’s pitch from the first episode of Industry? She predicted that the US 10-year T-bill would hit 4%. (at the time < 1%) I just checked, US bonds reached 4% in October 2022. The show aired in November 2020. That would have been an impressive trade.
