@BetrayedButcher only sometimes said as a joke. When Simon walks past, they side-eye him but keep talking, quieter. All of a sudden, they're actually afraid of him overhearing their conversations. David acts like nothing is happening. Like everything's normal. He knocks lightly on Simon's door.
