That’s what I was thinking! I just was a little confused. However, I thought Defense would be a little different, because regardless the Oline, really both sides should be following the ball but defensive could do quick movements to get an advantage.
@MarkeithGrits11 @PlayBookAthlete Offensive Line, in some schemes, can also shift and snap their hands down fast to get defensive to jump. I tell defenders they have no excuse for jumping offside if they watch the ball, same thing for offensive players who already know the cadence.

So question? As an O- Lineman we are not 2 move until the ball move correct? So regardless of what the Defense does O- Lineman should have disciplined not 2 move correct? So when I play D- Tackle I can’t steam to make my opponent flinch? @PlayBookAthlete @CoachJones256.
Suit Rule: Offense can motion, shift, & QB can dictate cadence. (O)players once set can't move before the ball is snapped except for motions & shifts. (D)players don't have to get set in one position. If on LOS can't move forward before snap, that's called encroachment. SMH 🤦🏿♂️.
