4. In person > virtual. While you get valuable information from virtual CEUs, being there in person means the learning does not stop when the session is over. The things you do outside the lecture halls are just as important and fulfilling as what goes on inside. Happy Sundaes🍨.

3. Networking and work. Get involved. It is rewarding and when you are gone you get to encourage those that keep your mission moving forward.

2. Awards. Honors and awards is always amazing but even better when your friends are being honored. I did not receive one this year but that is OK in my book. I was pleased to be there and see so many familiar faces being honored.

1. Support is an amazing thing to have. I saw it over and over again throughout the week and experienced it myself. I had the last talk on the last day and had a large crowd filled with many familiar faces that came out to support Dr. Lopez and myself.

It is finally done. I feel like there may be some remnants in there but I am not willing to put up the fight anymore. First pic was 5/28 when I thought it was at its end and we got a couple weeks out of it. Not bad
