Will must have forgotten that the league is 100 years old and that the Green Bay Packers have 13 championships which I believe is double that of the Patriots
Why on earth would the Packers trade Jordan Love right now? You’re developing him, he’s on a rookie contract and nobody knows how long Rodgers is going to play. Plus you need a backup QB it would make no sense to trade him
If you told Mike McCarthy in 2006 he would win a worlds championship, have his team in the mix almost every year and coach for 13 years I think he would take it.
Shocked the
@NFL
would not have GB and Seattle play at same time. It’s a huuuuge advantage for GB. If Seattle wins I’d be blasting it all over Lambeau to make sure Detroit knows it’s playoff chances are dead before the game. Just made GB path to playoffs much easier
That’s a wrap for today. Green Bay should be the odds on favorite to win the world’s championship this year and Aaron Rodgers is the best and most valuable player again.
Mike McCarthy called the Dallas Cowboys the "most iconic franchise in all of professional sports" and it "doesn't get any better" than coaching the Cowboys.
Unless Tom Brady decides to go to Las Vegas and play there why can’t GB undo the Davante trade and bring him and Waller to GB? Vegas will be in full rebuild mode and GB has a lot of assets to trade with. GB has went after Waller hard twice already 3rd time might be the charm.
Browns’ head coaches under the Haslams:
🏈2019 Freddie Kitchens
🏈2018 Gregg Williams
🏈2016-18 Hue Jackson
🏈2014-15 Mike Pettine
🏈2013 Rob Chudzinski
🏈2012 Pat Shurmur (Shurmur was HC in 2011 before Haslams bought the Browns).
How the Jordy Nelson release was handled completely changed Aaron’s outlook on the organization and drafting Jordan Love was the dagger to the relationship that never ever recovered and lead to the “lost” season of 2022.
I know it’s not a huge deal but the leagues decision to flex Green Bay to the late afternoon window when having a 4 hour flight to Seattle for a Thursday night game is ridiculous.
However you felt about the Rodgers saga unfolding for everyone involved that wants to see the Green Bay Packers win a championship this year this is a great day to be a Packer fan
Sign of getting old going into Badger game today and telling my 10 year old there’s Reggie Bush over by Engineering hall and he says oh the guy from the Wendy’s commercial.
Has anyone asked if Rodgers thumb is broken? This feels like when he played the season with a bone crack in his fibula and didn’t speak on it until after the season.
Lot of blame being assigned in GB but let’s come up with solutions to keep 12 in GB. I say 2 years fully guaranteed and then 12 is free to do what he wants like TB12 in New England. Thoughts?
Seems like the Tom Clements hire should end all of the Aaron Rodgers speculation. Actions always speak louder than words and this action tells you ALOT.
No player who ran a slower 40 time than Tom Brady at the 2000 NFL combine (5.28) played in HALF the games that Brady has so far (290).
Closest was
@MarkTauscher65
(5.37) who Packers drafted 25 picks after Brady in the 7th round.
Played in 142 games.
Why does Giannis not get the same respect that other NBA mega superstars? Do the Pacers disrespect LeBron or Steph like they Him did last night?
#Bucks
Admittedly I know very little about soccer but can anyone explain why they don’t just stop the clock when a ball goes out of bounds instead of just Willy Milly put 3-5 minutes of injury/penalty at end of halves?
You think the rest of the NFC North is going to have a
#HappyNewYear
knowing GB has their guy at QB again without any real suffering for the third straight time? It’s kinda uncanny
Unfortunately for packer fans we finally see that the
#1
seed and a bye was the most important
#1
seeds ever this year. It’s a huuuuuge advantage that we didn’t take advantage of the last 2 years
