🚊Union Station is a good example of how downhill DC has gone with crime. Pre-2015ish, Union Station was an iconic place you could hang out, eat, stroll, enjoy the shops. I could take a train in with family and feel relatively comfortable. Then in 2019, I started working in DC.

I just could not disagree with this more. We improve nothing by engaging in this gerrymandering arms race. The Democratic Party will lose any of its credibility on defending democracy by going down this path. It’s like saying they’re “forced” to do their own Jan. 6. Hard no.
