Speculation Clear Up: My account was as hardened as possible. Steam Guard was on. Steam support admitted "...a support technician that handled the help request failed to follow our process which resulted in your account restored to someone else. I apologize for this error..."

I'm just going to say it... this was the first CS Major that I didn't watch a single live minute of it. And I HATE that. Sure I could have woken up at 1 or 4 in the morning, but hard pass. Great on Shanghai for getting their 1st major, but no more stupid time zones please...
