Massive thank you to everyone at @FrimleyHealth and @TeamMaternityF1 who took care of us over the weekend. Mum and baby no. 2 back home safe and happy. Amazing maternity and theatre team. Midwives were lovely to us all and a great team. Thank you NHS family.

I’m confused whenever NHS leaders suggest that we could learn from the armed forces, about leadership, organisation or anything else. So many issues with bullying, racism, misogyny- we should offer them support, but not look to them.
