Last week’s design summit was full on. Now back in the countryside to reflect, integrate and restore. Feeling grateful!!

My job is to create space where there currently isn’t for something new to emerge within the group. #its-time-to-leap. What got the world here won’t get us where we need to go.

Morning meditation. We begin the design process today and will focus on connecting and connection using many different modalities: walks, movement, reflection, exploration and discussion. Attunement is the organizing principle: to what, where, and to who are you attuning.

Dropping anchor. We have arrived. Next move is to make it to the island where later today we will welcome 60 people from all around the world for the design experience of their lifetime. #itstimetoleap. What got the world here won’t get us to where we need to go.

PS: And ohh. that impulse you just felt. Act on it.

At some point you need to turn on the thing you created/built and become it’s biggest opponent. The process is called falsifization and it reveals all the gaps, delusions of grandeur, etc. that ultimately undermine what your doing.
