Loved spending time @C4CTeambuilding - a Trafford based charity which ‘inspires & enables people to live with purpose and integrity’. Using specially adapted climbing facilities they work with hard to reach young adults & encourage them to experience growth through teamwork

A very poignant morning. Firstly I attended a very much reduced service at Trafford Town Hall. Then I laid wreaths at 4 cenotaphs across the Borough. So sad that there were so few people in attendance at each cenotaph #WeWillRememberThem

On Sunday 58 amazing trekkers completed the Yorkshire 3 Peaks -24 miles & 3 mountains- & in the process raised almost £45,000 of much needed funds for The Fed. For most it was hard & completely out of their comfort zone To support any of them click here- https://t.co/ofrX9v5KXf
