In 2024 scientists from the Marine Science Programme published 39 papers, bringing the total number of published papers to 213 since 2017.Of the 39, five were published in journals with an βexcellentβ impact factor (>10) & a further 24 in journals with a βgoodβ impact factor (>3)

Marine scientists underpin all our research and conservation efforts. Our Marine Science Programme focuses on the Indian Ocean Region with project partners across the region and beyond. We work with 96 scientists from 23 institutions in 9 countries.
