EMERGENCY SHELTER The Inclement Weather Shelter in Novato has been activated as of Monday, December 22. Open from 10am to 4pm and located at Church of the Nazarene, 5400 Nave Drive in Novato, the shelter provides meals, ponchos and warm coats, support and medical services.
