Weed of the Day- Purslane! For such a succulent plant I���m surprised how it seems to be thriving in the dry environment! And it’s edible so if you find it you can take it home to add to your salad! 🌽 🥗

When it is as dry as it is- how much moisture is the crop able to capture when it is sitting in a cloud with a heavy dew? PS that is my pond fountain running in the background - I wish that was rain!
