Our new @Age_and_Ageing paper shows how ABPM biomarkers predict future falls in older people:. - x4 increase in falls if dips in sBP below 100.- 3% falls reduction for every 1 mmHg increase in lowest sBP value.- Higher morning surge --> more falls.
