When do we think we’ll get the @MSCSK12 school calendar for the 2025-26 SY? We had to sign up for summer camps two months ago and it’d be really helpful to know when the summer break ends.

So disrespectful for board members to leave. Dr. Feagins ending with “I don’t mess with finances or romances” was such a 🎤 drop. The @MSCSK12 board has given previous leaders much more leeway for bigger things. And now some board members don’t even want to do an investigation?.

Or how much it makes it sound like a fight against each other versus being on the same side for kids. 🤦🏻‍♀️.

@MSCSK12 has created a full blown situation. People are ANGRY and deservedly so. This is not how you treat parents. This is not how you treat community. This is not how you have a public hearing about our most important leadership. @bdriesdm

They’re calling people to speak that are in the overflow room and not allowing them to go into the main room to speak. There’s no interpretation for the nonhearing parents here and a woman has started impromptu doing interpretation that’s just a community member. #DoBetter.

Still 100s of people waiting locked outside, including elderly not able to sit and kids crying over the commotion. No accommodations for anyone. No updates on when we’ll be let in. We’ve all been here since BEFORE the meeting started. #LetUsIn @MSCSK12

Pretty remarkable to see how many people are here for the @MSCSK12 board meeting just called yesterday. We have jobs and families and the holiday season, and yet hundreds of people dropped everything to be here at a board meeting. That says A LOT. @memphis_lift

An elderly woman in a wheelchair was left at the gate alone. As Isaac was boarding us, he saw her waiting there, found out she wasn’t at the right gate & her ✈️ was about to depart. He closed our gate and literally ran her there. She made her flight. Reward this man, @Delta. 🙏👏.

I don’t know how to honor this guy, but Isaac the @Delta gate 41 agent at Atlanta International Airport for our flight tonight to Memphis deserves a 🏅 and 💰. #aboveandbeyond.
