I'm training to hike the Tour of Monte Rosa later in July. Rather than just run further, I'm trying hill repeats. My biggest local hill is only 120ft, so I started with x4 reps, now up to x6. Doing some ground exercises at top of each rep. Other ideas to build strength outside?

It's a joy to see so many insects animating our garden this summer: hoverflies, butterflies, bees and ladybirds. Last year I hardly saw any.
