Replace your inner critic with stoic thinking: - Accept what you cannot control - Be comfortable with uncertainty - Find your inner peace - Make the best of every moment

The Stoic focus on the internal locus of control - having control over your emotions and beliefs - is attractive in a world filled with external chaos. #StoicWisdom

Attitude is everything. Marcus Aurelius said it best: 'It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.'

The Stoic way is to make our own luck. Change your mindset, find opportunity in obstacles, and pre-empt the world. Be proactive, not reactive.

For stoic thought, read Seneca, Marcus Aurelius, Epictetus and Cicero. Don't drown quickly in their words. Weave their stories between the tangible experiences in your life. You'll develop your own stoic mosaic soon enough.

You don't need many books, just a few good ones. Don't settle for quick answers, dive deep & be persistent. Look to the Stoic philosophers for guidance, especially Marcus Aurelius. "The greater the difficulty, the more glory in surmounting it." -Aurelius.
