Congratulations to Tulsi Gabbard

Question: I heard that Apple Computer needs a PC or other OS to design all of their products because Mac's OS doesn't have a viable 3D modeling tool for manufacturing. I also heard that in order to build an Apple product you need China to build it. Is that true?
