Straight into it! New to @schoolgardening Success @MapperleyPlains have got stuck into planning for what we will be growing towards the Pizza Party later in the year! Love seeing these updates!
School gardening club was back on today. The theme was recycling. We made labels for some of the seeds that we're going to be planting and used scrap paper to make paper pots to plant them in. Very excited to be embarking on the @SkinnyJeanGard School Gardening Success prog!

As part of #InternationalDemocracyDay some of our eco team visited @GedlingBC council chambers. They put forward a proposal to plant more trees to help the council become carbon net zero by 2030 and were pleased to say the vote was unanimously in favour! #youthaction

Year 4 had a very successful trip to Ilam Hall last week - two nights away and three jam-packed days of activities, including orienteering, walking to the Stepping Stones, fossil hunting and team building games. The children were brilliant - we are really proud of them.
