Also included are offshore licences Q8, Q10-B, Q11 and M10a & M11 which contain discoveries with a potential 78.5 mmboe of 2c resources. Tulips onshore assets, Donkerbroek Main & West and Akkrum 11 also form part of the deal.

The deal will include Tulips Q10-A gas field in licence Q07 & Q10-A. The Q10-A field has 2P reserves of 19.5 mmboe and one of the lowest carbon emission levels for producing asset in the North Sea with the Q10-A platform powered primarily by solar and wind.
