They may not be accurate enough for all checks but they are indispensable. I know a lot of people prefer digitals when it comes to calipers but I think hands down the best calipers on the market are mitutoyo 505-738. Hold up and stay accurate as long as anything I’ve used.
Real world guys, a set of Mitutoyo calipers (the only calipers worth spending money on) are disposable items. You beat the crap out of them because their entire job is convenience and time-saving. They are not particularly accurate, they can't measure a lot of critical features

@Manufacture_IT @mariobro_3 CMM’s suck ass for most inspection. Nothing replaces or beats a good optical comparator. Mitutoyo PH-3515 is the go to. Personally not a fan of the new M2 DRO though and the Edge Detection is not worth it IMO. Never ended up using it. Honestly any optical comparator with a

With what happened yesterday is there a reason we are not flying drones over large events? All intelligence seems to be coming from cell phones and they can't capture everything. With security flying and monitoring drones would it help? Are there down sides?
