GM. Lots of negative news coming out today around Solana and the bad people in it. To be fair, this isn't a SOLANA technical issue like it shut down (again) but a GREEDY SCUM OF THE EARTH PEOPLE ISSUE which will be all over X today. SOL 40% down in 30 days. People know.

I know it is a lot to ask to re-delegate to the MANTIS pool but you will need to delegate somewhere otherwise you will not receive staking rewards until you do. If you decide to stake elsewhere, please choose another small pool operator.

I was having to retire the pool Dec 30 but the luck of heaven intervened on Jan 2 that I could save the pool. Sadly, in the few days in between those dates was the epoch rollover. The pool has now gone from 24 million to 1.3 million delegated stake.

If you were delegated to MANTIS POOL, then please if you can re-delegate again that would be appreciated! The unretirement of the pool crossed an epoch boundary resulting in the invalidation of all delegations. As a bonus, the pool is now ZERO margin!

As a thank you to the community and everyone still in the MANTIS pool, I will change the pool to be ZERO percent margin.
In what can only be described as a HUGE stroke of luck, I will not have to retire MANTIS after all. I am so happy I could cry. I can't share details of the situation but it is good news. A great way to start 2025. Sorry for the retirement drama.
