Ok, so when i book an order @urbancompany_UC ,@UC_Assist 'generate' a customer order id but 'its not to be shared with the paying customer'. just like they generate a complaint no. but cant share with the customer! how is that even a thing? JOKE!! @abhirajbhal.

Also, its nothing to do with the great guys who came to our house. they did a great job. everything else around them is a joke and customer can do what he wants @UC_Assist and @urbancompany_UC dont care to give a pittance of customer protection service.

@abhirajbhal , @UC_Assist , @urbancompany_UC real time tragi-comedy. now being told, that the persons i have been speaking with are only 'partners' and @urbancompany_UC is too high up the food chain for our complaint to get to any @urbancompany_UC employee!! Hilarious service.

Still being explained why i should not expect any update on my complaint with @UC_Assist ,@abhirajbhal ,@urbancompany_UC . i think they could have addressed my problem. fyi. person no. 6 we are speaking with now. kon party, kon broker. no clue! Tragic joke!.
