Co-depletion of dynein adaptor Spindly along with CKAP5 showed a significant rescue in kinetochore levels of CENP-E. Altogether, our results suggest a mechanism by which CKAP5 regulates stability of kinetochore attached microtubules and maintains optimum PP1 levels at the. .
