A crypto brand can 'finally' resonate with authenticity when their external actions are aligned with internal culture. Look like a duck, walk like a duck, quack like a duck, swim like duck then you must be duck!. The point is, bad news does not only travel fast but also far.
many non-indian crypto projects trying to build communities in india are not aware of the deep rooted unpaid internship culture in non crypto industries at the indian college level . many folks look towards the crypto space as an escape from this "normalised" indian work.

The truth is that people even in the same brand tribe connect to ideas in different ways. Some are drawn to information and some to vibes. CT vibe that worked so well for a dry content wheel might not work for a brand living off of memes in their current content strat.
A message to all crypto projects right now:. If you think a social media role is “just posting tweets” you’re going to miss out on your most valuable hire of this cycle.
