Noticed this year's Rashtriya Vigyan Puraskar list: ~8% women awardees 2024: ~15% Outcomes depend on the nominations received. The real question is who gets nomination support,who feels encouraged to self-nominate,and how the jury enables inclusion. Recognition pipelines matter.
