Only survived because I'd given everyone globe of invulnerability scrolls so Lae'zel was able to start revivifying people and I was able to rebuild my party but that's the closest I've come to losing in all of Act 3 (so far, just final stretch to go).

Also Boon of Bhall bypassing Death Ward is absolute bullshit. That plus some unlucky rolls plus me having all my grenades on my main character and forgetting he had them nearly cost me a 70 hour run.

I cheesed the fight slightly by bringing barrels of smokepowder along to blow up the pillars but I haven't been doing "barrelmancy" outside of that . I also summoned a ton of elementals, usually I have two from my bard and Jaeheira but this time I had scrolls so I had 4.

Man that whole section is so tense, I was white knuckle during the spectator fight since there are so many imps with eldritch blast and they use the variation where it has knockback . I clustered around the gateway so there was no risk of falling.

I was annoyed that I couldn't go into the Raphael fight with Lae'zel's best weapon until I clocked that you can take the deal, show Kithrak Voss the hammer so he gives you the sword and then go into the HOH anyway to steal the contract.

Beat Raphael, just have Gortash and Orin to deal with now and then the endgame (fuck doing Ansur on goddamn Honour Mode for real).

Being a contrarian I often strain myself to try and march to the beat of my character concept's drum rather than go for what I suspect the Devs wanted me to do, but this can end up taking me out of the experience instead.

I find this is something that happens in RPGs a lot, you'll have a dialogue line that is clearly the standout and then the rest are generic or ludicrous.

The fortunate thing is that pickpocketing is a dying skill, you have to be taught how to do it and it exists basically solely in specific communities in Southern Europe and the Balkans.

Btw for people going "why don't Europeans beat them up" most of the time good pickpockets will steal from you without you knowing, this lady tracked the pickpocket via the airpod GPS and *still* lost 200 dollars + the airpods + got smacked with a metal water bottle.

Fans will complain about newcomers zeroing in on Yakuza 0 but 0's story is way more solid in both ambition and execution than 3/4/5.

Lots of examples but one that broke me recently is Yakuza 5 because that's not only bad game writing but terrible game writing in a game with loads of cutscenes, they wanted you to take this plot seriously.
