Tomorrow is St Stephenโs Day. The day the coats go on, the doors open & the pubs slowly fill with people who havenโt seen each other since last year Christmas Day is for family, St Stephenโs Day is for everyone else. From Ireland to Irish communities all over the world ๐๐ฎ๐ช

Probably the easiest Christmas dinner I ever cooked, baked 8 apple turnovers, gave away 5 so far, got insanely good Southern food in exchange from an Alabama native who washed up in Colorado just like I did. Eat pork, not bison yall, it's much much better. ๐น

I count myself extremely fortunate to have neighbors like this who brought me greens, chicken-cheese bake, homemade potato salad, spicy meat balls, a rib, and a huge slab of mac n cheese. In return I gave them produce from my garden and some turnovers. Counting my blessings ๐
