Finding a good therapist is better than winning the lottery. My new therapist gave me her personal cell number and told me to call or text her anytime I need to. In 20+ years of therapy, I’ve never had such a feeling of safety. Like oh okay, she’s GOT me, got me 🙌🏻.

Yesterday me & hubs had a lazy day, stayed in bed all day, ordered food & watched movies. Today was church then we drove Tennessee backroads for hours. It was literally the perfect weekend ❤️.
