Squish! I kept catching glimpses of you across rooms or through windows. I wish we’d gotten to actually see each other!.
One session at #HIMSS22 talked about how resilience is how much you can handle baseline. (Didn’t get a photo) .Healthcare workers- physicians- nurses - are pretty darn resilient to start with. They just have a lot to carry. The session made me think- .I am also resilient-

For sure couldn’t agree more. It’s a complex problem with no easy solutions. Incremental betterments, but no panacea.
@MandiBPro Burnout among clinicians is multifactorial- lack of flexibility in work, ongoing childcare issues, constant flux and change in policies etc. Telemedicine can't fix them.
