@ViCustomerCare a vi employee fraudulently issued a number to someone using my 82 yr old father's KYC papers. Now VI is after them to pay the bill for the fraud committed by one of their own. And to top it off they shutdown my parents phones which are on family plan. Shame!! 1/n

After talking to the customer care yesterday, I was told that the service would resume in 24 hrs. This morning, I was told it will resume in 30-60 minutes. Since it's still down, they say that send an email and we will look into it. What nonsense. Of course when I asked for the

Senior person to talk to, they're busy on another call. When I asked to create a complaint, the agent says it's not possible :). As if the bad network issues are not enough, VI had now resorted to customer harassment. Classic 'how to lose customers and shut the business'.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, please help end this harrasment from VI. They have disabled my parents' phones since one week for the fraud committed by one of their own. Of course, the collection calls are still coming. This is serious harrasment. Thanks. CC: @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

@AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @JM_Scindia, what had begun in 2021, finally got taken care of by Vi by disconnecting the number. However, they promptly charged us for the services not used for the last few years. Their store agent & the manager promised a refund but none forthcoming yet. Appreciate your help.

If something so small takes over 2 months, then either your people are not diligent, or you have morons working on it. Either way, SAD.

@AshwiniVaishnaw @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @JM_Scindia Got a call from VI, which I promptly answered, but your agent disconnected as soon as I said hello. Very disappointing for them that I answered and they didn't have anything to tell me about solving my problem. Now you can't say that we tried contacting but you didn't answer.
