All of last year every day was filled with high levels of anxiety and eventually depression. Hoping I can make this year a mostly positive one. Things will come in waves but I'm not afraid of it.

It feels so weird to be living a healthy lifestyle with healthy relationships and actually experience happiness every day. I look forward to things, people actually value me and my time and the effort I put towards things actually mean something.

Today I learned 143 is basically another way of saying I love you which originates from the era of pagers where you had a very limited number of characters you could send. 143 is just the number of letters each word has. 😌okay yay.
