Just had my Hotpoint (Model HDF310PGR6WW) installed @GE_Appliances & he bottom rack doesn't even pull out right. The wheels were designed too small so the rack just falls off & has to be dragged out! Look up Home Depot reviews & everyone has been complaining about this for YEARS!.
