Just landed in LA excited for this weekend I have an event at Rhymefest and then back to Dallas Sunday night. In the meantime I want to organize a space to talk about the 1st week after Veecon and what everyone is doing to stay proactive. @veefriends @veecon #veecon2024 LMK ❤️

1 : I need to increase my daily steps 2 : my diet needs work to sustain training 3 : stretching is very important They are my top three points that I want to focus on. I need to look at tracking calories but if I just eat good food and train the results will be positive /2

Coming back from @veecon definitely showed me the importance of physical health. I am so out of shape 💀😂 But I want to fix that, and I am going to use my energy from @veecon to do that. I added my Health Totals to start /1
