I hear people say, "I don't have to go to church to be a Christian," and they are absolutely right. Salvation is through faith alone in Christ alone. But you don't have to go home to be married, but stay away long enough & your relationship will be affected.

Many people treat church like membership at a gym. They are a member, but they never go. Then wonder why they are not spiritually fit.

Too much declaring & decreeing & dictating to God. That notion crazy! We need to remember who it is we are dealing with; the MOST HIGH who is sovereign & possesses all power. We don’t make demands or “tell” God what to do. We ASK God. Now, adjust & re-approach.

Grew up (a bit). Got a job. Got married. Moved to the burbs. Now my kids don’t know the joy of upside-down bikes with wheels spinning, lil girls playin hand games & double dutch, lil boys trying to mess all that up, freeze tag, & throw em up blow em up! Is this progress?! 🤔🤨😑

What’s wild is that many that support Trump claim that their political opponents (and their supporters) are unpatriotic. Yet what we have witnessed is Trump and many of his supporters discrediting an election; a democratic institution pillar. THAT is quintessentially unpatriotic.

My personal political opinion is Trump has to go. However, this American two major party political system is horrible. Nuance and listening is rare. Extremism and tribalism reigns. The whole system is like one big false dichotomy. Truly disheartening.

There are ZERO exceptions to Christ’s command to love your neighbor. No religious exceptions No sexuality exceptions No ethnic exceptions There isn’t even an ENEMY exception! God calls us to stand for what is right, but never to hate those we perceive as wrong.
