What are y’all doing for Father’s Day Sunday? I’ll be cooking a 15 1/2 pound butt with three racks of ribs. Two of the ribs are pork loin and wine is St. Louis style. I’ll have to get the butt put on probably around 10 PM to 11 PM tonight.
