As I head to the airport this morning, I feel so blessed. The past few months have been incredible and to cap it off covering my first ever national championship is so sweet. I am so grateful for these opportunities, the people who keep believing in me, and my support system.

I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of coaches. and there are very few who matched the kindness and compassion of Keith Urgo with everyone he came in contact with. There are also very few people who loved Fordham the way he did. I wish him the very best wherever he.
