Thank you to Renfrew Community Center and @CollingwoodCPC for inviting @TransLink and @MVTP_CPC for their Scooter Rodeo. Many people came to try out mobility scooters on our busses and the obstacle course. While they are speedy, the Nitro option still isn't available. yet.

We're here at Chinatown with Translink. We have been giving away free swag, safety bracelets, and biking maps here. Come visit us and chat for a bit!

We have just been patrolling the greenbelt around the Patterson Station, keeping everyone safe while enjoying the fresh air. Assisting in calls regarding assault (we caught them), overdoses, and still time to make some purchases from some great entrepreneurs!

In addition to our duties as Community Engagement Team, we are still out there on the transit system with our patrol members keeping passengers safe by keeping weapons like these off public transit!

Here Swangard Stadium celebrating Pinoy Festival. We have Translink staff, volunteers, CSO and patrol members chatting and giving some freebies to passerby. Just a chill energy with some rocking music. Some swing by. It's open til 10pm.

Yesterday @TransitPoliceBC ,@MVTP_CSO @MVTP_K9 @CollingwoodCPC attended the Flag-raising day to show our support to our Filipino community and in remembrance of the lives lost at Lapu Lapu. It was raining but I only saw big hearts and the indomitable spirit of the community.

One of my top highlights from the last little while. I was given the opportunity to speak at two sites from posAbilities about the Transit Safety. After the talk, I heard a series of inspiring stories about resilience and optimism they experienced on the transit system!

Thank you North Van RCMP for inviting us to their Police Week at the Shipyards. It was cool seeing all the capabilities from dogs, motorcycles, to boats! It was nice to see partners such as well from bylaws, ICBC and restorative justice showcasing everything they do!

Recently, I had attended Indo-Pacific Foundation event, celebrating the cultures of India, China, Korea and the Philippines. When communities band together, they rise up taller than before! Chris Chan of @TransLink was given an award for his work linking communities! Congrats!

It was a cold and snowy morning for the Chinatown Lunar parade but it did not dampen the mood from all the participants and attendees including our Chief Muir, DCO Fincham @MVTP_WCPC, @MVTP_CSO, members from @39CBG. Great times walking with @TransLink staff and their volunteers!

Just got a pleasant surprise from my mail bin today. Just wanted to thank the students from Learn4Independence @pacificautism for the opportunity to speak with them. The letters made my day!

It was busy days for Cst Campagne and Strider. Apart from checking buses and trains, they were able to give a talk and a quick demo with the students of St Patrick's Elementary. Needless to say, Strider got enough pets to last him through the weekend.

New year, new resolutions. It is a good time to recognize and show appreciation of the work by every volunteer i have worked with. Thank you for opportunity @CollingwoodCPC, @CollingwoodcpcC and @VancouverPD for the opportunity to join them with @Lotuslight_Van .

I attended @pacificautism Annual LAUNCH fundraiser. It was inspiring seeing so many different groups and people all come together for a common goal of providing a safe and inclusive space for neurodiverse individuals and their families. Thank you to all the staff and volunteers!

After 21 long years, the Kwok has come back to Windermere. Secondary that is. Coming back to school to do our Safety Workshop was bittersweet. Definitely did not experience a panic attack walking into the main office nor dodged my old counselor because I wasn't in class at 1pm.

Today is National Indigenous Veterans Day. We come together to honor and recognize not just the sacrifices made by our First Nation veterans but also all the adversities they faced while they served and even after they served.
