Montana has given my family a good life for four generations, and I have never lost sight of where I come from or who I serve. Today, I am announcing my campaign for reelection to keep fighting for the people who work hard, raise families, and believe in this state.

We can develop our energy, support good-paying jobs, and strengthen our economy without being buried in delays and lawsuits. I'll keep fighting to make sure our state uses its resources to power our future and support the people who call Montana home. 3/

After the Held v. Montana decision, it was more important than ever that we have a clear and predictable process that allows Montana to responsibly use the resources we are blessed with. My MEPA reforms are about getting Montana back to work. 2/

I led the effort to reform the Montana Environmental Policy Act because it directly impacts how we develop our natural resources, produce energy, and build the infrastructure our state depends on. 1/

Our constitution should not be used to shield courts from future reforms that improve transparency and accountability. Montanans deserve the ability to openly debate and improve how our judicial system works. 2/

I oppose CI-132 and urge Montanans to think twice before signing the petition. This measure would lock Montana's current judicial election system into our state constitution and take the issue out of the hands of the people and their elected representatives. 1/

That calf in the straw represents tomorrow. Food on American tables, independence for family ranches, and the freedom to pass this way of life on to the next generation. I will always fight to protect that way of life. 4/

But nights like this are getting harder for the people who live them. Too often, policies written in faraway offices forget the folks out here doing the work. Ranchers do not clock out at 5:00pm, and calving season does not wait for paperwork. 3/

A newborn calf hitting the ground under a cold Montana night might not make headlines, but it represents something bigger. The quiet responsibility of feeding America and carrying on a way of life built on hard work. 2/

Out here, the work does not stop when the sun goes down. While most of the world sleeps, ranchers are still walking the straw, checking heifers, and welcoming the next generation into the herd. 1/
