Great seeing our eposter at @UKStrokeForum showing the impact of our new Stroke Specific Inpatient Rehab in Central North Wales @BetsiCadwaladr. Findings include improved cognitve & mobiltiy scores on D/C outcome measures and great stroke survivor, family and staff satisfaction.

DW. Rehabilitation facilitates adaptation, and one crucial change is in "Who am I now?". This study, done collaboratively with patients, investigates how people adapt to stroke. Four main adaptive responses were identified.
