Heard of a pseudorelapse? It refers to a temporary worsening of symptoms caused by external factors such as infection or stress. Importantly, a pseudorelapse isn't caused by new inflammatory activity & usually improves on its own. #MultipleSclerosis #MS [1/2]

Heard of the central vein sign (CVS) in #MultipleSclerosis? It’s a proposed biomarker, appearing on MRI, that can help with the diagnosis of #MS. While there’s more to learn, @UniofNottingham research has suggested the CVS might be as effective as a lumbar puncture for diagnosis.
