Disappointingly, @sanofi’s Phase 3 trial of tolebrutinib in people living with primary progressive #MultipleSclerosis has been unsuccessful. The @US_FDA decision on tolebrutinib for non-relapsing secondary progressive #MS is expected by March 2026.
