Treatment Pearls ⚪️.▪️Nintedanib (anti-fibrotic agent) and Tocilizumab (IL-6 inhibitor) are the two current FDA-approved medications for ILD, particularly scleroderma-associated ILD. ▪️Nintedanib is also approved for IPF and chronic fibrosing ILDs with progressive phenotype.
